Stan Kalman, Managing Director More than half a century of experience in the father and son team of Stan and Steve Kalman!
Recently appointed by Mr. Neil Abrams, President of Abrams Consulting Group, Stan Kalman brings to the new division a world of experience including the design and development of several rental systems such as RENTECH, LEASEPRO, FLEETPRO, and RENTPRO, and as CEO managed Magic Rental Technologies International LTD, from which he retired at the end of 2002.
Prior to his tenure at Magic Rental Technologies International, he founded and was CEO of Rental Technologies International RTI LTD , which eventually was sold to Magic Software Enterprise in 1997.
Formerly educated in accounting, he developed and produced and marketed DATA ONE construction cost accounting system while President of Data Management Consultants Inc.
With more than a decade of experience in the rental industry, mostly in Europe, Mexico and Middle East, he will be managing a team of seasoned high tech specialists.

Steve Kalman, Special Advisor
Steve Kalman is a founder of ULTRADNS Corporation and a 22 year veteran and entrepreneur in the IT Industry.
Steve Kalman founded and was President and CEO of Softbank Content Services (SCS), where he led the spinout of SCS as a startup from Phoenix Technologies and developed the company into an international , $100 million per year enterprise.
Additionally, he was a founder and President/CEO of InterpriseNOW , an internet related early stage startup, Kalman’s background also includes successful senior and general management roles at Phoenix Technologies as well as ITT/Alcatel.

Ayelet Nissim, Implementation and Training Specialist
From rental representative to branch manager and then to training manager, Ayelet accumulated a tremendous amount of first hand experiences with rental management software, with more than 10 years of experience at Thrifty and Avis, she brings to the team first hand experience at Magic Rental Technologies International, Ayelet was the manager of worldwide installations and training , and in that position was responsible for the installation of major rental management systems at many international locations.

Paula Lew, Research and Development Director
Paula Lew, the research and development Director at ATAS, is a long time associate of Stan Kalman. As his administrative assistant at Magic Rental Technologies International, she was responsible for the world wide coordination and logistics involved in the complex implementations of the RentPro System, well known to the major rental and leasing companies in Europe, she is highly respected in the industry. In addition to the responsibilities of research on behalf of clients, she is responsible for training when languages are required: she is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, German .

Lennart Von Knorring, Director Scandinavia
Lennart started working in the rental industry in 1978 at Europcar where he was a runner, from runner he eventually became Sales and Marketing Manager for Europecar Finland , he moved some 10 years later to Budget FInland and eventually become country manager for Budget Finland, in his 25 years of employment , Lennart has held almost every position possible and therefore has a world of experience, but his experience became more valuable when he was involved in the implementation of various rental management systems. He implemented successfully and within a budget a rental system developed by Stan Kalman, Rentech , Stan Kalman states that he never saw a better suited individual for the management of complex installations . In his new positions, Lennart will be responsible for the Scandinavian countries.
